  Where do I begin.... Went to this store to switch from sprint. We talked about the plans and phone and pricing. They ran my information and stated it would be $0 down and I would end up having to pay taxes on the phone, roughly $50. I agreed and said to go ahead with the deal. They got my information from sprint, called them to port my number over, filled out all the other information they needed and started ringing my phone up. SURPRISE, I now owe over $600 as a down payment on my phone. I declined and said I would stay with sprint but thank you anyway. By this time I have been there for over an hour and a half. They said ok and I went on my way to work. I got to work and realized my phone from sprint wasn’t working. So I called the store and they said that since they ported the number over, my plan from sprint was cancelled and I had to take it up with sprint. So I called sprint, and since my plan was cancelled, I now had to pay off my old phone and a cancellation fee, a $560 fee, before I could get my plan and number back. So I called The store and they offered no help and said I could come get a phone from there (mine you I declined earlier since they said it was 0 down and it turned into over 600). So I called T-Mobile customer support and after being hung up on multiple times, talked to like this was my fault, I got no resolution. I was on the phone over 6 hours throughout the day and they refuse to help. So now I’m stuck with no phone and a $600 bill from sprint. What a joke. Merry Christmas to me right? If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would without a hesitation.
